Electronic commerce or e-commerce has been defined as the ability to perform transactions involving the exchange of goods or services between two or more parties using electronic tools and technique.


Examination of how companies manage processes to produce the products or services required by their customers. Topics include: product design, supply chain management, quality, inventory, and planning. 

Detailed introduction to the entire marketing process, identifying a customer base and the range of marketing decisions that an organization must make in order to create value that appeals to consumers. 

Survey that covers the various components of business information systems, with particular emphasis on the means by which information is transmitted, the software that displays the information, and the systems that manage the data that businesses use every day.

Financial Management studies corporate finance and capital markets, emphasizing the financial aspects of managerial decisions. It touches on all areas of finance, including the valuation of real and financial assets, risk management and financial derivatives, the trade-off between risk and expected return, and corporate financing and dividend policy. The course draws heavily on empirical research to help guide managerial decisions.
